Play Leaders
Our Play Leaders are a group Key Stage 2 children who have been trained to organise and deliver a variety of activities for Key Stage 1 children during break and lunch times. To become a Play Leader, children are encouraged to apply for the role with reasons why they believe they should be selected.
Some of the qualities that we look for in a Play Leader are:-

- Inspiring
Our Play Leader’s aim to :-
- Teach children to play age appropriate games
- Support lunchtime staff with any help they may need
- Inspire other children to be active by being a role model
- Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all children
- Be honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Encourage problem solving
- Develop friendships between other children
